Among the favourite specialities of our kitchen are dishes made from African catfish (sumček) farmed in Handlová. It is a fish full of wonderful paradoxes. Rich flavour, yet the aroma of the meat is subtle, almost without the typical fishy smell. It will delight even those who have never been fond of fish. Very juicy, firm meat with excellent taste – simply an intense culinary experience. Moreover, it is almost completely boneless, suitable even for the youngest diners! No toxins, quite the opposite! The high content of protein, unsaturated fatty acids, and vitamin D has a positive effect not only on our heart and figure, but also on our mood.
